Client INFORMATION

The Destiny Haven Program is specifically designed for women suffering from depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug addiction, eating disorders and other life controlling related issues.

The Program

The Program is fully immersive with one on one and group components. The program limits distracting communication with the outside world and teaches how to really understand the core thinking behind the symptoms leading to unwanted behaviours like addiction, depression and anxiety. Read more here.

Program Length

The Destiny Haven program is approximately 12 months or longer, recognising that each woman’s journey in recovery will be different.

Accommodation

Accommodation is twin share although new clients may have their own room during the first induction weeks. All linen and food are included and supplied.

Cost

A minimum charge of approximately 75% of a client’s Centrelink payments. Rent is paid fortnightly in advance. All residents are issued with a key for their room and a key for their lock cupboard to secure valuables. All residents are responsible for their own keys. A non-refundable administration fee of $400.00 is taken at intake. Any rent that has been paid in advance will not be returned if you decide to leave. What to Expect When Entering the Program

You will be greeted by our friendly staff who will assist you in settling in, understanding your rights, responsibilities and the program rules and expectations. You will be assigned a ‘buddy’ – a peer resident who has earned responsibility, and will support you in finding your way in the community.
